1. Who we are

Good Decisions is a mobile decision journal application developed by MK Solutions. For any questions: maitelkamel@mksolutions.fr.

2. Data collected

When you use the application, we collect:

• Your email address (authentication via Supabase Auth).
• The decisions, notes, and predictions you enter — stored on our Supabase servers (EU region).
• Anonymised usage events (PostHog) — with no content data (title, note, comment).

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing and syncing the service across your devices.
• Computing calibration insights locally or server-side.
• Improving the application using aggregated usage data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Terms of Service) that you accept when creating your account.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete my account) or by email.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Exercise these rights at: maitelkamel@mksolutions.fr.

7. Sub-processors

• Supabase — hosting and database (eu-west-1 region).
• PostHog — anonymised analytics (EU cloud).
• Expo / EAS — application distribution.
